How it works

  1. Open the PDF merger. Go to the Formatly PDF Merger page. The tool is free and requires no account.
  2. Upload multiple PDFs. Select two or more PDF files (up to five) and drop them into the upload container.
  3. Merge the documents. Confirm that the selected target action is 'Merge PDFs' and click Convert.
  4. Download the combined PDF. Click the Download button to save the merged PDF file to your computer.

FAQ

How many PDFs can I merge at once? You can upload and merge up to five PDF files at a time. Each file can be up to 20 MB.

In what order are the PDFs combined? The files are merged in the order they are selected and uploaded. We combine them top-to-bottom sequentially.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs? No. If any of the uploaded PDFs are encrypted or password-protected, the merge task will fail. Please unlock them before merging.
